The Polish Atheneum ships orders to multiple regions, including the United States and Canada, Europe, and United Kingdom (UK).

Orders are fulfilled through a network of regional distribution partners and suppliers. As a result, shipping origin and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping within the following regions:

• United States and Canada
• Europe (covering Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Vatican City)
• United Kingdom
• Availability of specific titles varies by region.

Orders can only be delivered to countries within the selected marketplace’s shipping zone.

Market-Based Fulfillment

Our store operates with a marketplace system (US, EU, UK):

• Prices, availability, and shipping options depend on the selected marketplace
• Orders are fulfilled from distribution partners serving that region
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct marketplace before checkout

If a delivery address falls outside the selected marketplace’s shipping zone, the order may not be processed.

Processing times may vary depending on supplier availability and order volume.

Delivery Times

• European Union: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• delivery location
• order size and weight
• fulfillment partner
• We may offer promotional shipping rates, including
• Free shipping on qualifying orders (orders USD75).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments:

• Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise

Within the EU and UK, applicable VAT will be calculated at checkout depending on the marketplace. Within the US, applicable state sales taxes may be added at checkout.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

This may occur when:

• items are sourced from different suppliers
• items are stocked in different regions

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Please report delivery issues within a reasonable timeframe after receipt (or expected delivery date).

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping charges may apply.
